Happy New Year guys !

Hope you had a wicked Christmas and New Year, and for those of you who managed to make it to the Library Theatre in Luton for the pantomime - a big thanks. And if you sent me a letter of support, it was very much appreciated and I hope you've got the signed photos back.

I had a nice, quiet start to 2007 although I have been doing a spot of song writing recently. Also, there are a coiuple of exciting projects in the pipeline. I can't say too much at the moment, but as soon as I get news, you'll be the second to know ! Have you got a My Space site ? Let me know about it on the link above. There's some new stuff of mine on there - let me know what you think.

Went to the Rocky Balboa UK premiere - what an amazing film. I'm a big Rocky fan, and was impressed by the new film. Go and see it - it's a knockout film !

Hi there !

Thanks to all those of you who managed to get down to the Crimestoppers gig in Chippenham a few weeks ago to catch the Honeyz live on stage. We had such a great response and thoroughly enjoyed the day.

Hope you are all well and if you're on your summer break, hope you're having a good one ! I've just got back from a well deserved break myself - spent a few days in the sun relaxing and thinking about things we girls think about. Shopping, food, shopping, going out, shopping, etc..etc !

Got some news of a gig coming up - myself and the girls will be sharing the stage with those lovely boys from Journey South and the crazy Chico at Chippenham in Wiltshire - click on the link above for more details. I really hope you can come down and see us - it would be great if you can.

I've also been signed up to do pantomomime - this year I'm gonna be in Luton so if you wanna come and shout "it's behind you" at me, you're more than welcome. I'll post a link soon with all the details.

Hey guys !

So, at last we've got a bit of a sunshine. Not sure how long this nice weather's going to last, but it's been really warm where I am - hope you guys are getting good weather too. Been glued to the tv recently - Big Brother is sooo mad ! I'm not sure if I'd do it if I was asked. (I'd want to know who else was going to be in there first) !

Sorry I haven't been in touch for a while, it's been reeeally busy ! I've been doing a lot of writing recently which has meant I've been shut away in various studios.

You may have also seen me out with the rest of the girls as The Honeyz have had a lot of gigs up and dow the country - in fact we're in Dublin on March the 28th and we'd love to see you there. You can check out where we are by clicking on the above link. Hope to see you there !

Hi Guys,

Hope you had a cool Christmas and you're sticking to those New Year's resolutions ?!! I don't know about you, but I'm still in the holiday mood and trying to motivate myself to work !! (I miss those days off snuggling up on the sofa in front of the tv watching those classic movies) ! I'm going back into the studio to put some stuff together, and I'll have some more dates soon when you can catch me and the rest of The Honeyz as we continue gigging across the UK.

Hey guys !

Got some news about some gigs to tell you about. The Honeyz have got a number of dates lined up around the UK - including the Isle Of Wight on Saturday September 10th ! More details soon.

We've also got gigs in Reading, Hull, Liverpool and a whole lot more to tell you about - and as soon as I get confirmed detais, you'll have 'em !

I can tell you, that on September 16th, we're gonna be at Fuel - the new club in Sheffield and on October the 10th, we hope to see you guys at The Tall Trees Club M in Yarm on Teesside. The 23rd of October sees us in Watford at Destiny's.

Hi all. Thanks for checkin' out the Diary page for an update.

I can tell you that you'll be able to see The Honeyz live in concert soon as I've got a couple of dates to tell you about. On July 31st we're gonna be South Shields at the Cookson Festival. I think we're gonna be there with a few acts including our mates, boyband 911. It should be a good day- I'd love to see you there if you can make it. If not, I'll post some pictures of the day on the site. There's more details on the website address above.

Then we've got another gig in September when we'll be travelling across the sea - I'll give you more details soon !

Myself and the girls have been busy in the studio working on the new album. Actually, we may do a couple of new songs at the gigs so you can check out the new stuff !

Actually, when I say we've busy in the studio - that's not totally true. The hot sun recently has forced us to spend days lounging around in the sun. Who can blame us)!!

Hi guys. Not much to update you on at the moment. We're still in  the studio coming up with some new material. Thank you all for your suggestions - you never know we might pick one of them !

We're working with a guy called Steve Lironi who's worked with the likes of Bon Jovi. He's a great producer and come up with some new stuff.

Recently I've landed myself a part in Channel 4's 'Late Night Hollyoaks' ! The programme will be shown on May 31st, and I'm currently in Liverpool filming. For Honeyz fans, don't worry, I'm still in the band - acting is my other love !

When I get back from filming, me and the girls will continue recording our album. We're planning on doing a couple of cover versions, so here's where I need your help. If you've got any ideas on some tracks we could do, e-mail me because I know you'll have some great ideas.

Firstly, a big thanks to all of you who checked out this new site and bought the limited edition album.

Sorry I haven’t updated you guys for a while, I’ve been away for a holiday after finishing a hectic panto run in Darlington! It was great fun – but hard work. I worked with a great bunch of people and we had a good laugh. If you check out the gallery section, there are a few photos of me and Lee Brennan (from boyband 911) who played Peter Pan. (Check out my costume)!

A huge thanks to all of you who wrote to me  - hope you got the pictures. If you managed to get to the pantomime, you were probably one of those who bought a cd  - big thanks.

Recently, the episode of ‘Doctors’ went out on BBC1 and of course, the few episodes of Sky One’s ‘Dream Team’. I enjoyed filming the scenes, and I hope to get some more tv stuff in the future.

At the moment I’m in Darlington where I’m appearing in the pantomime ‘Peter Pan’. It should be a really great show as I’m in it with Cannon and Ball and Lee Brennan. It’s great hooking up with him again as we spent a lot of time on the road when he was in the boyband 911 and I was in The Honeyz.

If you are going to be in Darlington, then it would be great to see you at the pantomime which is at the Civic Theatre until January 23rd. If you manage to get there, you’ll also be able to buy the limited edition album I’ve just recorded. You can check out more details on the album and listen to samples here on my website.

I recently recorded episodes for Sky One's "Dream Team". It’s scheduled to be shown in the New Year – so keep your eyes peeled !

It’s been a busy past couple of months – you may have seen me recently on an FCUK tv commercial.

I filmed an episode for BBC tv ‘Doctors’ in the summer which is being shown in February.
